Karen: When you first told me you wanted to make potato and cheese soup, I wondered whether I would be able to persuade you to make something else as I thought it sounded horrible. Oh my goodness, I couldn't have been more wrong, this soup was DELICIOUS!!! The flavour of red potatoes with blue and romano cheeses was just divine and the texture was smooth and velvety. Yum, yum YUM!!! You should give this recipe to Miss Campbell.
Bruce: I totally agree, the soup was incredible! In fact I could have had it as an entre, main and dessert.
