ROLLER COASTERS

Last year our house had to create a roller coaster for a marble. Each class made one or two roller coasters. We then shared them at house hui to find the best to compete in the school competition. My class made the worst roller coaster as we did not know that we could use paper and cardboard. The winning class was room 42 with an amazing 1-2m high coaster. Room 29 had a water world roller coaster with jumps and loops. Our class was told that we were only allowed to use straws so they did not function as well and the marbles kept falling off. Our best class coaster was  about 30cm high. Our technique was getting two straws, cutting them to size, sticking one straw inside another and then glueing them to make it secure.
