Karen: Flynn put a lot of thought into not only creating a well planned menu, but also the presentation and atmosphere of the dinner. The prawns for entree were beautiful, and the fish for main was delicious. The surprise for the evening for me was how beautifully passionfruit sauce combines with jelly - divine! Flynn paid special attention to the wellbeing and enjoyment of his guests, often checking to see that everything was to our taste, and ensuring we always had something to drink. Well done Flynn, what an enjoyable evening - can't wait for the next one!
Bruce: The dipping sauces with the prawns were yum! I especially liked the way the prawns went with the spicy lime relish. The fish was cooked beautifully and I could have eaten the whole bowl of jelly with that passionfruit sauce! Great service and presentation - well done dude!!
Great feedback from your diners, Flynn. I like how you used blue and green in your dessert so it looks like the fish is swimming in the ocean. Homemade fish and chips for the win!
